What this site is
This site presents the work of OTMOS CORPORATION LLP and receives inquiries about it. It is not a store: nothing on it can be purchased directly, no cart exists, and no payment is processed here.
Submitting the inquiry form is a request to be contacted. It is not an offer, an order, or a binding agreement of any kind. Prices, availability, and delivery are confirmed only in direct communication with the atelier, never by anything shown on this site.
The content on this site
The photography, renders, copy, marks (including the OTMOS name and its aperture mark), and every other asset on this site belong to OTMOS CORPORATION LLP or are used under license. Nothing here may be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without our written permission.
Some specifications and process descriptions on this site state an intended standard rather than a confirmed figure, where the page itself says so. Content is presented in good faith but is not itself a warranty; the warranty terms that govern a piece already purchased are stated at /client-services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to attempt unauthorized access to it, to scrape or automatically harvest its content at scale, to interfere with its operation, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty of the site itself
This site is provided as it stands. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser, though we build and test it carefully.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, OTMOS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. This clause states our general intent and is one of the sections flagged below for counsel review before OTMOS treats it as a settled legal position.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat, where OTMOS CORPORATION LLP is registered.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes, particularly if commerce or an account system is added later. The effective date above marks the last revision.
